I made this dragonborn name generator as a resource to help DnD players get inspiration for a new dragonborn character and to help quickly come up with dragonborn names for DMs. In DnD 5e, dragonborn names are broken down into childhood, male, and female names. Childhood names are nicknames used among clutchmates as a descriptive term, either of their appearance, habits, or memorable events.
The adult dragonborn names in this generator are those that reflect their draconic heritage; some are taken from the Player’s Handbook, others from my imagination. Same for the Dragonborn clan names. Note that dragonborn clan names come before their personal names “as a mark of honor.”
